Computer Based Test (CBT)
Your application would be assessed and you would be shortlisted to take the Computer Based Test if you meet all criteria. The test would involve verbal, numeric, and current affairs.
This is a series of first an interview including written and oral presentations, group discussions, and competency assessments.
This is the final stage of your application. You would be offered a slot into the Fellowship if you are selected.

Who Can Apply for the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy Fellowship Program 2022?
The LJLA will offer non-partisan and meritocratic opportunities.
It will combine on-the-job training through shadowing Lagos State executive cabinet members.
Fellows will shadow Executive Council Members in the ministries or agencies they are posted to.
This would enable them to conveniently develop and implement solutions in their various postings.
Fellows will be expected to have a profound sense of purpose regardless of the scale and scope of the challenge.
Fellows will take part in at least one international policy trip to nations that have moved from the third world to the first world like Singapore, Beijing, Tokyo, and many more.
This opportunity will allow them to explore how leaders in other first-world States work, and leaders whose visions have illustrated their country’s economic and social trajectory.

- Hold A Minimum Of HND Or bachelor’ Degree
- Have Nysc Discharge/Exemption Certificate
